URSewCrazy custom print items are made to order and processed automatically.
Therefore, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for any concerns.
What if we made the mistake?
- If you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it.
- You must contact us within 5 business days and send us a picture of the defective items.
- Items must be unworn
- We may ask you to return the item in it original package.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size changes. A new order would need to be placed for an updated size or color.
