* PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: USPS AND UPS ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN PICKING UP, SCANNING AND DELIVIENG PACKAGES.

During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take up 10 - 15 business days or longer to process.

While we do all we can to ensure you receive your package on time, UrSewCrazy cannot be held responsible for shipping delays and other conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, lost or stolen items. During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take slightly longer. 

Please know your order is important to us and we appreciate your patience! We will always reach out to you if we anticipate additional delays.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Custom Prints: Our custom designs are printed by hand and made at the time of ordering. Please allow 8-10 business days for processing, plus 3-5 days for shipping.
  • Automated Online Print: Unfortunately, because of our automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted quickly before the item has entered production which varies depending on the items. Processing begins immediately or with 1-2 days(this varies). If we are notified in enough time we can cancel, however once the items is "Being Fulfilled" we can no longer make any adjustments. Standard shipping/transit times is 7-14 days, after processing is complete. 

What shipping method do your use?

  • Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
  • UPS Priority shipping for orders in the United States are shipped vis UPS Ground. 

Do you offer tracking?

  • Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. 
  • A shipping confirmation email or text will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
  • We are not responsible if USPS does not update tracking information. 
  • We do not hold packages in our facility once a tracking number has been generated.

Why did I receive items shipped separately? 

  • Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. Items may ship separately because something within your order was done ahead of schedule. 

 

My tracking has not been updated?

  • Please understand that once packages have been accepted by the carrier, delivery is, unfortunately, out of our control.
  • Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund for lost packages, stolen packages or packages still in transit. 
  • We encourage you to file an inquiry for missing mail via USPS to help you locate your package.
